We have several new residents in the cottages. With that said, the planning has begun for a new section of cottages to be constructed. We are currently working on grading/ land development schedules, interior selections, construction scheduling, etc.
If you are interested in making some selections on your new cottage do not hesitate to contact us to discuss the details.

The next section of four cottages located on fairway #15 has begun construction. With three new families joining the cottages of crow creek and one of the new tanglewoods being built under contract and selections made, there is still time to choose your location and selections. As much interest as we are receiving on the cottages right now, please make sure to speak with your property specialist.
Here are the first photos of the footings and block being installed.

Here are a few photos showing the latest construction progress. Right now the exterior brickwork, interior hardwood flooring and plumbing rough-in are all underway.

The sheetrock has been completed, cabinets and ceramic tile installed.

Since the last photos posted the exteriors have been painted and garage doors hung. The forms have been installed for the aggregate concrete driveway to be poured, which is scheduled for next week.

On the interior the plumbing, door & bathroom hardware has been installed. In addition, the closet shelving is completed as well. Based on the progress we are looking at an early to mid April timeframe for completion.
