Terry Walters is just starting construction on home site G-16. This home will be roughly 2,800 sq ft when finished. I have attached a photo showing the footings poured and the blocking started, as well as a rending of the exterior.

The framing for Terry Walter's new home is getting closer to completion. They are building the front porches and water tables now and should be ready first of next week to set the windows and doors.

The past week several items have been completed. The windows & doors have been installed in addition to the roof felt & shingles.

The brickwork is coming along well on the exterior of the home. Here are a few photos showing some different elevations.

On the inside of the home the trim work is being completed. Attached are a few photos showing the crown molding, dining room wainscot, & interior doors.

On the inside the hardwood floors, stairway/decorative railing, and interior trim have been completed.
